Every item in my shop is handmade, so variations are normal and part of the charm. For this reason, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos. I will gladly offer a replacement or solution depending on the issue.

• Buyer’s remorse

• Custom color choices you no longer want

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

• Normal handmade variations (size, slight color difference, stitching differences)
